Major release notes and changes for PropertyLM

Version 6.0 - 20th March 2026

We’re excited to announce the release of Atlas, the latest generation of PropertyLM. Atlas is a complete rebuild of the PropertyLM experience across both our web platform and mobile app, designed to give real estate professionals a faster, smarter, and more intuitive way to work with property data across New Zealand.

This release is more than an upgrade. Atlas delivers a fully rebuilt interface, a more refined user experience, deeper suburb and district insights, and a significantly improved CMA workflow. Every part of the platform has been redesigned to help users move from research to action with greater speed and confidence.

With Atlas, users can explore the market through a modern, responsive experience that brings together live map intelligence, property research, and reporting in one place. The platform now offers richer suburb and district insights, making it easier to understand local market performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities with clarity. We’ve also introduced a new CMA process, rebuilt to make comparative market analysis more practical and more powerful. Users can move through comparable selection more efficiently, access better supporting information, and create polished reports with a workflow designed around real agent needs.

Atlas has been rebuilt across both the frontend web app and the mobile app, creating a more consistent experience wherever you work. Whether you’re at your desk or on the move,

Atlas is designed to keep key property intelligence within reach.

This release marks a major milestone for PropertyLM and sets the foundation for what comes next. Atlas gives us a stronger platform to continue expanding our data intelligence, reporting workflows, and user experience across the product.

Introducing Theia — A New Era in Property Intelligence

We’re excited to announce the Release of Theia, our groundbreaking property intelligence platform built to transform the way real estate professionals, investors, and agencies discover, analyze, and act on property data across New Zealand. With Theia, we’ve reimagined the property experience — uniting advanced data insights, AI-powered analytics, and an intuitive web platform into one seamless hub. This release marks a major milestone in our mission to make property information more accessible, actionable, and intelligent than ever before.

Theia’s interactive Property Map lets you explore every corner of New Zealand’s property landscape. Instantly locate properties, filter by region or type, and access deep contextual data all in one view. Whether you’re prospecting new opportunities or evaluating market trends, the map provides an intuitive and visual way to understand the property market at scale.

The Property Hub brings together all the essential details for each property — from ownership history and sales records to current listings and nearby comparables (CMAs). With everything organized in one place, you can move from discovery to decision faster and with greater confidence.

At the heart of Theia is its AI Insights engine, designed to help you make smarter, data-driven decisions. Using cutting-edge AI models, Theia analyzes property data to deliver instant insights on sales performance, market movements, and comparable valuations. This empowers users to act quickly, identify trends, and uncover hidden opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed.

We’re also proud to introduce Open Chat, an AI-driven assistant that understands and responds to complex property-related questions. Ask Theia anything — from “What are the recent sales around this address?” to “How does this suburb compare in average yield?” — and receive clear, data-backed answers instantly. Open Chat brings conversational intelligence directly into your workflow, helping you make informed decisions without switching between tools.

Theia’s release is just the beginning. As we continue to refine and expand the platform, we’ll be introducing new layers of intelligence, more powerful data integrations, and enhanced AI features designed to give users even deeper insights into New Zealand’s property market. We invite you to explore, test, and share your feedback — your input will shape the next evolution of Theia.
